With over a decade of experience in the design industry, I've honed my skills in various design disciplines. I've worked independently, managed a team of talented designers, and collaborated with highly experienced UX teams at Zwift and Meltwater.
While my current focus is exclusively on UX, My journey has been a diverse one. I've delved into digital, presentation, and print work and honed my management skills, resulting in a well-rounded background.
I make it a priority to work hand-in-hand with clients/stakeholders and walk through their ideas with them to learn what they really want so I can turn concepts into reality.
Lastly, I'm a versatile communicator when it comes to presenting to stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams. I do my best to anticipate project issues. I look critically at everything I work on to ensure there are no 'gotchas' when it comes time to go live.

As a Senior UX designer, I led UX inititatives to improve subscriber growth via Zwift.com - this included net-new feature designs as well as iterative improvements to existing features.
Key Achievements:
Designed UX flows for Zwift’s first digital+physical bundle (1st-party trainer + 1 year subscription) for purchase through the Zwift shop
Designed & launched a referrals program - on web & mobile platforms - to bring new subscribers onboard. This resulted in more than 1000 add’l subscribers in the first year after launch
Led a mobile-first restructure / redesign of the Zwift member area including profiles, account handling, referrals, notifications & more
Designed UX flows for Zwift’s Annual Membership feature, working with Product Management & UX Research to meet business goals. Delivered user-validated designs based on UXR studies

As a Senior UX designer, I designed new features for several core missions of the Meltwater app. I also collaborated with visual designers & engineers to build out and document Meltwater’s design system.

Redesigned the “Custom Content” feature which led to a 50%YoY increase in usage
Overhauled MW’s “Influencer” app: Complete UX update, new Influencer profiles, added responsive design layouts
Designed a new interface & UX patterns for MW’s Newsletter Builder, integrated new “Custom Content” feature
Lead Product Designer

As Lead UI/UX designer, I was responsible for creating product designs for DataOne’s flagship automotive software, as well as the UX & interface designs for internal tools. I designed all print and digital marketing collateral and worked with stakeholders to develop a fresh visual identity and rebrand.
Interactive Art Director

As Art Director, managed an award winning 5-person interactive team. Responsible for all design work on Millipore.com, and all interactive collateral including HTML emails, Flash banners, interactive Flash pieces, web campaigns, tradeshow videos, landing pages and mobile apps.
Key Achievements:
Led interactive team in creating branding guidelines & new brand collateral for all interactive properties
After being acquired by Merck, led the design portion of a 2-year website overhaul. This included UX work, wireframes, multiple design explorations, template design, and working with multiple teams (internal developers, external consultants and agencies)
Consistently won design awards from GDUSA for in-house creative
Added new capabilities to the interactive team including interactive Flash pieces, mobile applications, and tradeshow videos
Led a team of designers who consistently ranked high on internal client satisfaction surveys
