…is in crafting impactful user experiences for customers and businesses. While UX case studies are important, they truly shine when presented within the right context. Here's a look at the impact I've made on some key projects:
About Me
My process:
Discover & Define
Every successful UX initiative begins with in-depth exploration. This involves activities such as robust competitive analysis, stakeholder discussions, collaboration with product management, and intensive brainstorming. These efforts are crucial for pinpointing issues, establishing requirements, and exploring potential solutions.
Design
Once the project's course & initial requirements are set, I move into the design phase. This is where I explore multiple UX options and seek validation from engineering teams and stakeholders. I strive to identify edge cases alongside all of the critical path feature development, helping to clearly define all efforts required for a successful launch.
Research & Refine
Following internal validation of designs, I create prototypes and conduct UX research. After gathering user feedback, I refine designs to best meet user needs. Then, I finalize the designs, present to product management / stakeholders, and iterate based on feedback. After creating documentation, I provide UX support to the engineering team.
My tools:
Typically, I utilize Figma/Figjam to seamlessly navigate a project from discovery to wireframing to full visual designs, including prototyping. Additionally, I am well-versed in Axure, leveraging it to craft realistic prototypes for rigorous UX research. While I have extensively used Miro, I pride myself on being tool-agnostic and am always eager to delve into and master new tools.
